In this role, you will be managing the various API integration projects for our global event platform and assist the other team members of the team. Working with show organizers, other customers, and other partners, you will create new API integrations, and enhance existing integrations, in accordance with each customer’s specific requirements, partnering closely with existing API team members and our broader technical team to bring these integrations to life. Working as an extension of the customer’s team, you will elicit requirements and brainstorm solutions, partnering with them on all phases of the project including agreeing on the scope and timing of the integration, data mapping, development, testing, and implementation (including support during their actual event) and post-implementation review, capturing learnings and using these to enhance the integration going forward.
