The Social Media Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Spartacus Management Group marketing team and is often the first point of contact for our online followers, current and future customers.
This position is an opportunity for the right person to join a growing company.
The social media specialist follows conversations on the internet while interacting with the public at the same time, unable to predict what other users will say.
The specialist is responsible for monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.

Responsibilities

Constant and ongoing monitoring of all our social media accounts across multiple platforms
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Work with other Marketing staff members to further promote our products
The specialist is responsible for tracking whether or not social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting with markers for identifying success through various online analytical tools
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Requirements:

Be able to provide examples of your social media strategies and/or campaigns
Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing social media accounts across a broad spectrum of platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
