eZhire Private Limited is a car rental company based in UAE and currently looking for Customer Support/Client services Agents for its Karachi office.
Education: O/A Level/Intermediate/Bachelors in any field
Experience: Min 6 months to 1-year experience in an international call center
Job responsibilities and skills:
- Fluent written and excellent English language skills.
- The calls will be to & from the Middle
- East and the candidate should be able to understand different accents.
- Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel bookings, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, process bookings, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
