Falaknaz Group of Companies is looking for Enthusiastic & Energetic Sales professionals with a nack of selling.

Individuals applying should be well versed in the following techniques of trade;

Present Sales Offers to Project Leads for consideration.
Call Prospective Leads to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Coordinate Sales Closings, Overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to present better value to the client.
Coordinate appointments to present offerings to prospective buyers at site office.
Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
