Responsible to provide customer services to valuable customers by inbound and outbound calls.
Monitoring of vehicles through comprehensive utilization of TAVL module, CRM & Avaya Phone Utility.
Responsible to immobilizing and activating the vehicles according to the situations.
Prompt logging entries of vehicle activities in the CRM.
Timely and effective interdepartmental flow of information.
Timely informing the supervisor of any unsolved query or Code red scenario.
To follow all the Standard Operating procedures and polices related to operations and Behavior.
To follow and abide rules for maintaining and increasing the Quality of Calls in order to provide best customer services.
