Ensure Top Quality standards of Customer Experience.
Develop an environment of cordial relationship & create synergy amongst different teams to achieve departmental objectives.
Manage staff evaluations, report quality KPI of Contact & Support teams.
Trainings of new employees.
Acquire frontline feedback/ inputs & work with them to improve Customer Services.
Work closely with Operations team to facilitate in achieving desired service level, Talk Time & Other Contact Centre KPIs.
Strategically and tactically supporting management through analysis of information, providing effective recommendations, developing/defining KPIs to measure performance.
Monthly quality reports to gauge performance pulse.
Ananlysis to prevent revenue losses and recommendations to curtail in future.
Fraud investigations and charge penalties.
