Job brief
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Online Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to marketing team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Job Responsibilities
· To ensure the timely online orders are raised and received
· To Ensure all the inquiries are responded through Call / E-mail / whatsapp / SMS.
· Crossing check of stock level against customer inquiry.
· Ensuring adherence of process while confirming stock to customer & to dispatch order.
· Collaborate with other branches to understand availability of stock order.
· Maintain stock level for online shop
· To follow up with warehouse for right article
· Maintain high standards of customer services
· Tracking and maintaining various MIS with regards to Order against dispatch.
· Develop excellent relationship with production team ( Factory & Warehouse )
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
