We are looking for a Project Manager/Executive Assistant to CEO to join our Product Development Team. This position is full-time and located in our Karachi office.
Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:-Weekly Team and Meeting Scheduling-Email Management -Provide customer support as the first point of contact-Create presentations, as assigned-Address employees administrative queries-Manage LinkedIn and Twitter AccountRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, G-Suite, Social Media platforms and cloud services. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)Excellent email and instant messaging communication skillsExcellent time management skillsSolid organizational skillsAdditional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
