PKR. 20,000 - 35,000/Month
- A professional approach in computer-based customer services and provide information about products and services.Handle customer inquires made online by UK and Europe customers.
- Accomplish assigned tasks according to the priority set by Team leader/Supervisor.
- Censures and provides quality service to both internal and external entities.
- Execute daily order-processing procedures.
- Ability to work on its own and taking initiative with less supervision provided
- Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities.
- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
- Strong English written communication skills.
- USA and UK returned candidates will be preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent MS Office and MS Excel Skills.
- Excellent English Communication Skills Required.
- Basic Computer Operating Skills.
Desirable:
- Adobe Photoshop and any other computing skills.
- Web Designing.
- Any experience of eCommerce websites would be beneficial.
