To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Fund’s ambition to be a high performing organization.
- HR Planning (identifies current and future human resources needs for an organization to achieve its goals)
- Development of Org. charts for all the factories, Sites, Offices & Departments (Organizational and department Flow charts)
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
