Prepare workings for tax audits and other departments as and when required along with preparation, filing and concluding the litigations of the company in an effective manner with proper communication at all levels in the company.
Conduct tax audit of the books of accounts of FCL, provident fund and FLWT and reporting to manager.
Preparation of annual and periodic statutory returns like Form A, Form 29.
Preparation of Annual income tax and wealth tax statements of company and directors.
