- Process orders in ERP.
- Maintain file records.
- Prepare daily delivery schedule of stocks.
- Coordinate with factory regarding various matters of orders.
- Coordinate with sales team regarding orders, customer queries & ERP matters.
- Coordinating with recovery department for recovery and payment issues of orders.
- Coordinating with CRO department regarding order discounts & approval.
