Assist Network Manager in Planning Designing and Troubleshooting of Network activities.
Maintain network and computer system security and ensure that all systems are operating correctly.
Maintain File server and & user Profile Backups
Create and manage new user profiles and emails addresses.
Provide Remote support to Brach offices.
Manage inventory of hardware components and In/Out Hardware Log
Maintain CCTV system in proper working condition and maintain its Access Control Documentation.
Backup of NVR/DVR Devices (surveillance).
Troubleshooting of Local area Network Related Issues.
Install /troubleshoot Connection of IP Camera and Telephone.
Photo Copier/Scanning system Configuration / Troubleshooting
Maintain Online Scanning System / Troubleshooting.
Email Configuration / Troubleshooting / Signature Configuration Support.
Assistance in resolving Basic ERP Configuration related Issues
