- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings andemails.
- Visit potential customers for new and regional business.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales as per policy .
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buyingRepresent Fast Cables at trade exhibitions, events and conferences.
- Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's manAdvise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Coordinate with Admin Manager of Factory / Own Branch Manager regarding ongoing orders.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Familiarize yourself about the complete range of Company products with a view of queries of consultants / customers.
- Keep up to date about latest technological developments, innovations and related
- about cable production as well the production system of the Company.
- Seek full knowledge of other competitor’s products, their strengths and weaknesse
- Check and update yourself with available quantities of products in stock to effectively.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Record sales and order information.
- Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
