• Develop business plan according to assigned territory, visit industry to industry to get information, acquiring potential customers & get sales queries, quote them according to company policy.
  • Make a complete report of (next week plan, more than 90 days recovery, Quotation analysis) on every Saturday
  • Quarterly Visit of Loyal Clients of Team, Quarterly Visit BD Clients of Team, Working on New Projects with Team, Working on new Solar Companies with team.
  • Strong Follow up of the projects of Team, Check the BOQ of the project either our Name Entered or Not, Discussed Project/Quotation With our Branch Manager, Get Rates Approval from Management.
  • Visit Electrical engineers of quoted industry to support technically
  • Check Availability and delivery time from factory, get purchase order and process it in CRO department, coordinate with production department to deliver the order as per customer requirements, Coordinate with company driver, Intimate to Customer about Delivery
  • Take confirmation from customer about Invoice Received, Payment Follow up, deliver invoice and get payment, Collect Cheque from Customer, Deposit the payment to accounts department, If the customer submitted payment through online then we take confirmation from our accounts department through Email.
