Role:

The Program Director of the Leadership Program will be a key person to develop, implement leadership program for institutions under the School of Health Sciences and Nur Foundation throughout the year. The incumbent will also be responsible to develop and implement programs for external interns and customized programs for students of educational institutions by closely working with the institution.

Job Responsibility (unordered)

-          Create 365 days calendar of activities for institutes under NUR-FMS to ensure student involvement in outreach activities.

-          Create and develop modules for summer internship program

-          Create awareness in educational institutions on mission, vision and benefit for joining the leadership program

-          Manage applications, records, issue certificates for the program

-          Create internal team to ensure implementation, feedback, and monitoring of the programs

-          To identify Key Performance Indicators of the program

-          To set parameters for effective M&E of the program

-          To keep close liaison with coordinators of various institutions and conduct regular meetings to discuss on innovations, improvements to bring interactivity and life-long learning within the interns

-          Conduct events, visit of interns and create platforms for interns to interact within the community as well as with the stakeholders of the Country and the Province.

-          Present reports to the management and executive management on periodic intervals

-          Initiate campaigns, including but not limited to posters development, camps, health and well-being awareness, geriatrics management and disseminate the same amongst masses for a social cause to highlight health and cultural issues.

-          Create mentors and initiate mentorship programs amongst the interns to support their shortcomings, clear their focus and provide support for their grooming.

-          Prepare annual budgets, programs feasibilities, and project timelines.

-          To lay protocols for proper quality assurance of programs and projects therein

-          To recommend contracting of employee for full-time/part-time and project activities

Technical Competencies and Skills

-          Must demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, leadership qualities

-          Should have impeccable organizational skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills, delegating, negotiation capabilities and conflict management skills

-          The incumbent should be a people person to achieve the goals and should keep him/herself abreast of market activities and the need of the prospective interns.
