Duties & Tasks:
- Respond to customers professionally to provide technical support or obtain details of complaints.
- Provide customer support & technical query resolution via phone & email.
- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Provide guidelines to customers according to the set procedures and regulations.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Project management, record keeping, and reporting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline.
- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.
- Give your 100% to all task assigned by Manager on daily basis.
- Take responsibility of all tasks assigned.
