Education & Experience:

BBA / MBA in Marketing from a reputable educational institute having minimum 15 years of experience in sales management. Experience of 5 years as a Sales Head is a mandatory requirement.

Job Role:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the sales strategy & its implementation
Building networking with KOLs
Strengthening all sales segments including corporate, retail & household
Ensure profitable growth & meeting sales targets
Lead the sales team at the national level etc.

Job Condition:

Extensive traveling is required at the national level.

Preference:

Preference shall be given to those having working experience in steel / construction / building material industry.
