Be the primary point of contact and build new long-term relationships with clients
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and corporates
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Increasing revenue and adoption for emerging services focused on technology based solutions and moving towards a cash free economy.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
