FINJA is looking for a confident, enthusiastic candidate with a strong hands on experience in LINUX. Responsibilities that come under this role are as follows:
· Ensuring Linux Red Hat Systems Administration and provide support in wide range of business impacted incidents, providing restores in a timely manner as per service level agreement (SLA)· Prioritizing among multiple service requests, to delivery remediation of large complex environments.· Securing the needed information to solve a given issue or problem.· Breaking down technical details for non-technical audience.· Troubleshooting issues and ensure skillset, needed to work through issues with technology partners, able to triage as needed.· Duties will include 10x6 incident support, root cause analysis, and escalation; execution of scheduled activities and ad-hoc work requests and reporting.Required Job Skills: · Proficient with network tools such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, SCP, iptables,· Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Citrix XenServer· Ability to build and monitor services on production servers· Knowledge of application protocols, services (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, UDP, SIP, RTP etc.).· Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management· Knowledge of servers and switches· Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments· Experience installing, configuring, maintaining Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.· Hardware and OS troubleshooting, Configuration, Backup, Security, Disaster Recovery, and Performance Monitoring· Experience working with LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)· Experience managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, & firewalls· Experience with various monitoring packages (e.g. Zabbix, nagios, cacti, munin, etc.)· Scripting (Bourne, zsh, Csh, Kourne , Bash Shell, perl and python) Additional skills will be a plus:· Familiar with: RHEL 6.x, 7.x, Blades, Containers, SAN/NAS Storage, Networking· Operational experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, etc.)· Experience with CI pipelines using Gitlab-CI, Jenkins, something similar· Experience working with and managing DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bitbucket/git· Experience in supporting SAN/NAS storage environment, LVM, Veritas Volume (a plus) · Experience with Veritas Cluster and Storage Foundation (is a plus)· Previous experience supporting HP, Dell and IBM/Intel x86 platforms. · Use of Remedy and understanding the ITIL incident/change management processFinja is a new age financial services platform for professionals, merchants (Karyana shops) and SME businesses addressing their payments, collections and credit needs.
