We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
The candidtae would be responsible to handle internal and external sales related queries and communicating relevant information.
Reponding to complaints from customer. Handle the processing of a orders with accuracy. Inform clients of unforseen delays or problems.
Maintain sales record, make follow up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
