1. Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
  2. Update visit plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
  3. Submit a detail market visit report along with competition activities analysis in the designated area after every visit.
  4. Visit vendors and furniture markets in accordance with approved weekly visit plan
  5. Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
  6. Maintain excellent work relationship with existing dealers in designated area.
  7. Regularly perform stock movement analysis for individual dealers, prepare an ideal item mix for them based on location & stock movement and counsel dealers accordingly to improve their sales and profitability
  8. Increasing & Retaining Furniture Market Share
  9. Policy handling & Scheme Designing
  10. Be very vigilant on competitors’ activities in the market and keep immediate supervisor up to date on new developments.
  11. Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing.
