One should have strong command over .
Operation Management .
Responsible for over all factory admin operations.
Identification of problems in day to day operations.
Resolve minor issues of labors & fprward serious issues to hifher management.
Manage & supervise cash section during disbusement of salaries & advances.
verify all inward & out ward Gate passes.
Arrange Quran Khataam on monthly basis.
Responsible for managing factory vehicles,lifter,tractors trolleys.
Allocates duties of admin support staff on daily basis.
Deal police cases related to factory operation& also have capacity to lanuch FIR against some one on behalf of FPG adhere to all company policies & procedures.
Take inintiative for the betterment of FPG and share with higher management.
Enure unloading of RAW Materail (Imported or Local).
Responsible for verification of stock level in diesel tanks.
Supervision of all repair &maintence of all sections.
Responsible for handling injury related matters.
Coordinate with sections in charges&Fulfilled their general labor need.
Safety & Security Affairs Management.
Transport & Vehicle Workshop Affairs.
Canteen Affairs Management.
Residence Affairs Management.
Civil Work Affairs Management.
Contracts Management
Finished Goods,Loading section affair Management.
