• Position Overview: The incumbent will be responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Facilitating internal and external communication
  • Preparing board meeting presentations or necessary documents, Key note speeches, and Taking Meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating logistical arrangement pertaining to travel, office administration and other business purpose.
  • Greeting guests  and making appropriate arrangements
  • Ensure record keeping safely and appropriately
