Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience in IT Support Help Desk or Similar Fast Paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Hardware (Desktop/Laptop/POS) troubleshooting
- Network (LAN/Internet/Router/Domain/Print servers) troubleshooting
- Windows/Software Installation and troubleshooting
- Outlook/Email Configuration
