In a Nutshell:

GADITEK is in search of an ambitious and passionate Affiliate Marketing Executive to help our team manage and scale affiliate channels and partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of new affiliates, maintaining healthy relationships with existing ones, and ensuring business targets are met from current partnerships across all affiliate channels.

This role is important to the team for ensuring ROI, meeting business targets, and maintaining a base of active affiliates that market and evangelize our product and service offerings.

Once you are here, you will:

Proactively recruit new affiliate partners through email outreaches.
Participate & represent assigned brands in communities and online discussions.
Identify and recruit affiliates from various channels including online communities/forums, competitor mentions, niche bloggers, freelancers, and business consultants, etc.
Discover high-quality content topics and submit to the content calendar for internal blog publication.
Reach out to external bloggers and publishers for external publication.
Resolve Affiliate issues via support email and chat.
Promote the affiliate channel and opportunity across the industry.
Maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates.
Report movement on KPIs on a weekly basis.

Education level: BBA/BA in Marketing
2+ Years
Agency Experience can be ideal especially international
You should have a sound understanding of content and SEO.
Basic Marketing Knowledge
Business Development Skills
Account Management, Handling Clients
Written English Communication
