Candidates with prior experience of handling back office operations, customer services & other correspondences are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate would possess excellent written & verbal communication skills. Job responsibilities will include;

  • Responding to client’s queries via different communicating modes;
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing & potential clients;
  • Responsible for the day to day communication with the clients;
  • Promote and provide different services to interested clients;
  • Account management for the clients;
  • Providing information to the management by conducting thorough competitor research and analysis in order to gain competitive edge;
  • Liaising internally with different departments;
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability to work in various domain to promote growth.
