· Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.

· Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.

· Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.

· Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

· Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.

· Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.

· Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration.

· Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example.

· Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.

· Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing and sales goals.

· Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.

· Implement new sales plans and advertising.

· Support the recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and management of marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

· Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

· Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintain personal and professional networks.

· Handle conflict resolution work, and handle issues before they convert into crises situations.
