- Experienced Agents required for Medicare Campaign
- Bonuses will be awarded on Leads Plus Closings, Performance, and Punctuality.
- 3+ years outbound call experience: 30,000pkr + bonuses (if meets the criteria and will be negotiated in the interview)
Skills (preferred)
- 3+ years of previous outbound call experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
