Sampling and testing of intermediate and finished products as per sampling plan and testing schedule.
Preparation of SOP and control of specifications and testing methods of Packaging Materials, Finished products and Raw Material used for production.
Internal and External Qualification, Calibration and maintenance of Quality Control instruments as per the schedule and maintain its record.
To control all documentation relevant to Quality control.
To ensure that the reference standards (Primary/Secondary) and working standards are available and the record is updated.
Preparation of QC Testing Schedule and checking of Lab checklist in absence of Deputy Manager Quality Control.
To prepare and implement the training program for newcomers.
To check volumetric standardized solutions and maintain its record.
Stability analysis as per sampling plan and testing schedule.
Preparation of stability testing reports.
To prepare recommendation regarding the purchase of Laboratory Equipment and maintenance/calibration of them as per planned procedure and maintain their record.

Method development and validation of analytical control procedures of all the new and running products
To assist deputy manager Quality Control in all technical matters.
Coordination with Quality Assurance, Raw Material and Import Departments for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
