Well we’re Global Clicks. A well-established internet marketing company hiring potential candidates to join our active sales team as an International Sales & Support Executive.

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to the clients and respond to their queries.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. Ideally preferred if previously worked for an international call center. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problemsKeep record of sales trendsLiaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategiesAble to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceMust be an active team player and may provide guide to the sales team members if necessary.Active communication with our client for project initiations, deliverables.Built strong relationship with our clients by engaging them for possible prospects initiated from our sales team.

Requirements:

Ability to multitask and switch focus quicklyProficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft OfficeFlair of communication, with excellent verbal, written skills in EnglishExperience in handling Sales campaign, customer service campaigns for contact centersProven track record of achieving Monthly targets, KPI’s For CSR & Sales role.
