- Timely , efficient and cost effective procurement of Pharma packaging & Raw materials from local & import , Processing of RFQ (Request for Quotation) , Comparative statement, Purchase order, Follow-up with suppliers for indents & on time shipments / documentation.
- Coordination with warehouse and finance for timely receiving, GRN and payment processing.
- Discussion with Quality for rejections and replacement.
- KPI data keeping and presentation.
- Supplier score card and required reporting preparations.
- Custom clearance of all imported materials .
- Processing for the approval of controlled materials quota from Government concerned authorities etc.
