- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone
- Must be available to work in night shifts.
- Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
- Previous experience in USA media campaign (AT&T or spectrum campaigns) are encouraged to apply.
- Basic Salary 25,000 + commission
