Duties and Responsibilities:

Timely response to the queries of current / potential customers:

  1. Check emails, which re being received on a daily basis.
  2. Ensure the execution of follow up of already sent emails to the concerned customers.
  3. Discussion with the Head of the department regarding the received and follow up emails.
  4. Respond back to customer queries as per instruction of head of department.

  Coordination with the factories

a.       Get the complete information regarding the order from Sales / Trade executive and perform communication with the factories ccordingly.

b.      Get the shipment delivery commitment date from the factory and share with the customer by adding trade shipment buffer after the census of head of department.

c.       Give formal go ahead for production to the factories.

d.      In case of any expected delay, communicate the real picture with the customer after the consensus of head of department.

e.      Receive he query from current / potential customers

f.        Segregation of queries w.r.t production from manufacturing units.

  1. Discuss with the head of department and get instruction regarding the way forward.
  2. Communicate with concerned manufacturing unit or person and take action accordingly.
    1. Approval related artworks of new orders – Instruction for sharing the proofs, discuss with Saba, so that he can communicate with the concern
    2. Product specification related information (weight, blend) – Extract data from existing tech. Packs or acquired from the concerned manufacturing unit
    3. Cost Data related to any articles -  Acquired cost data in case of Faisalabad and price in case of Sialkot.
  3. Conduct follow-up regarding communication with the factories by using the  task status tools.

     Marketing Activities

 

a- Ensure the execution of marketing activities as per plan.

b-      Plan the new activities upon instruction of head of department.

c-      Strong collaboration with agency for upgradation of GnG brand.

d-       Weekly update the social media, i.e. Facebook page and twitter and website

e-      Strong follow up with the agency and vendor for timely execution of marketing activities as per plan

     Support to Trade Dept.

a-      Verification of loading details and sales contract to eliminate the any type or errors at the time of every order from the customer

  Support in Sample development process

a.       Receive the sample from HOD, assign them GnG Control number and return to him or further process.

b.      Keep a record of samples tracing as per advice of HOD.

 

  Other Skills 1- Willing to work in challenging environment, 2- Needs to be pro-active, 3- Loves to work in Team setup, 4- Eager to learn & has a hunger to excel, 5- Should be very good in maintaining record.
