- Should be diploma in civil engineer with min. 5-7 year experience in construction of building/factory construction as per drawing/design
- Should be able to prepare drawing
- Should be implement work as per specification/drawing and time
- Should be able to keep record of all material/goods
- Responsible for timely completion of project
