Accounts Assistant required in our office situated in New Muslim town. Minimum Education required is B Com & M Com. Experience of 0 to 2 years. Job Description Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Book Keeping Processing of vendor payments & their cheques Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Bank reconciliations, payables and cash reconciliations Maintaining records of vouchers and bills/ invoices. Communication with the bank Make entries into the Quick books Excellent command in excel Excellent communication skills Should be able to handle multiple tasks
