A growing fast-paced multinational organization is looking for "IT Coordinator / IT Support Engineer” who must be energetic.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to;

Responsibilities:

  • Remote IT support includes assistance in Deskside support (Windows & macOS), network support L1, L2
  • IT Equipment Installation and configuration including POS (Point of Sales), Camera installation, WAP installation (Cisco & Aruba), Network Cable installation with cable management
  • Network Surveys including installation of Wireless Access Points, Routers, Switches
  • Ekahau APoS (Access Point on Stick) Surveys using multiple Cisco Antennas measuring the Frequency range of Signals
  • Worked with multiple multinational clients (Nike, GAP, Ralph & Lauren, Tag Heuer, MasterCard, Nokia) on their multiple projects related to equipment Installation
  • Managing multiple clients for their scheduled projects and dispatch tasks.
  • Supervise various IT projects related to networking, installation, and DSS which require handling on daily basis, keeping track of the progress, obstructions, challenges, and timely updates to the respective client.
  • Identify and rectify hardware plus software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account setup and network configuration.
  • Escalate unresolved issues over to concerned teams.
  • Provide prompt and vigilant feedback to customers.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Follow-ups with clients to ensure the systems are fully functional after specific troubleshooting.
  • Communication and reporting for daily based execution of tasks via email and phone.
  • Providing customers with detailed progress of the tasks at the EOD via email.
  • Building ITIL infrastructure for the company
  • Developing an Internal Management System for internal Operations by using different tools i.e., MDM tool.
  • Managing IT Employees & Training them on client Requirements.
  • Consult with Clients & prepare operational plans.
  • Developing Recruitment Pipes for IT resources
  • Managing Infrastructure Expansion
  • Providing 24/7 support to clients
  • Support employees with work stations with level 1 and level 2 support.
  • Handle day-to-day queries related to IT along with documentation.
  • Installation and implementation of software and systems
  • Ensuring data security using firewall policies
  • VPN testing and queries related to users.
  • Resolving network queries and issues
  • Maintaining the operations of IT equipment.
  • To provide end-user support for TopBoffin employees’ systems.
  • Schedule training sessions for the employees regarding general self-IT troubleshooting.
  • The responsibility revolves around the use of a system to respond to and assist employees with IT-related issues and service requests.
  • Assist with support and maintenance of the usage and data storage (GDPR compliance)
  • Assist with managing and implementing a range of IT rollouts, upgrades, and projects

Qualifications:

  • BS Computer Science or Equivalent.
  • 2-5 years plus experience with 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Windows AD systems administration
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and later
  • Microsoft Exchange server 2003 and later
  • Network administration (Server/Cloud)
  • MCSE/MCITP, Cisco CCNA certified is a plus.
