Job Description: ·
- Collaborate alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs. ·
- Investigating, analyzing and interpreting business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers and priorities. ·
- Assessing required dataset for analysis, cleaning data if needed and identification of patterns, trends and correlations in data sets. ·
- Work with analytics tool such as Excel or Power BI to develop dashboards and provide actionable insights against key business processes, KPIs and trends analysis. ·
- Monitor enablers of business processes by identification of bottle necks and devise action plan using business insights and BI reports. ·
- Participate in continuous improvement actions through trainings, data analysis and creation of metrics. ·
- Present findings to management to facilitate business decision.
Requirements: .
- 8-9 years of experience in the relevant field ·
- Excel, Power BI, Python and SQL ·
- Excellent data analytics skills ·
- Strong grip on excel is must · Issue tracking and resolution ·
- Problem solving and decision making skills ·
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification: · Bachelors in Information Systems/Statistics/Business or related field. · Masters in the related discipline will be preferred.
