- Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals
- Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
- Reviewing of receiving report of all projects and its entry in daily sales sheet
- Checking payment plan and reviewing master sheets
- Preparation of Monthly Sales report
- Providing client’s data to CCD for updating CCD record.
- Compiling and receiving of data for TMRC
- Preparation of report required by Director finance
- Review of financial aspects of agreement, payments status and its clearance (from bank)
- Checking monthly rental working of all projects, checking new addition, buyback and refunded units, bank accounts details and any other changes. Responding to queries from agents and clients regarding rents.
- Providing payment history of units for the preparation of buyback working by buyback department, Checking buyback working updating it in finance record and processing buyback and refund cases.
- Checking calculation of rebate in accordance to the rate approved by the Management. Checking payment clearance and making sure the rebate is not already claimed.
- Coordinating with all regional and site offices, payables team, sales teams and CCD
