  • Assist and develop monthly / quarterly / yearly Sales targets with Zonal Managers / Leads for effective and efficient execution of sales activities.
  • Drive team performance by closely monitoring the region’s sales targets, ensuring they are on track with respect to assigned targets
  • Make regular visits to all the real estate agents & developers in the regions in order to ensure the product awareness, maximize market coverage and prospecting new clientele
  • Assist in developing a long-term sustainable business by building strategic partnerships
  • Monitor sales KPIs and keep up to date with the market trends for Central Region and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
  • Development of high performers for future leadership positions to ensure business continuity
  • Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
  • Liaison with different departments of the company in order to ensure the smooth working setup in the region.
