As Specialist in Sales Insights & Enablement, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting analytical, informative and actionable insights to the Sales organization and Leadership that drive productivity.
- The Sales Insights and Enablement team within the Client Experience (CXP) department provides actionable insight from commercial data in order for stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Our stakeholders include finance, sales, inventory, resale marketing and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Use and transform commercial and Finance data to produce descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analyses.
- Present information and insights using data visualization techniques.
- Working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Keep existing Sales & Client Services reporting up to date on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis with emphasis on both efficiency and accuracy
- Work with finance, inventory, sales, and dev to sync reporting efforts across departments.
Candidate Experience:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales analytics/ research/ data analysis
- Knowledge of statistical concepts with ability to do both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge (complex formulas, pivot tables, charting, power tools)
- Familiarity with CRM software is required
- Proficiency in R/Python for analytics with a proven track record of predictive and prescriptive analytics is a huge plus
- Intermediate to advanced research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good team-player

- Ability to work under pressure
- Critical thinking skills
