- Handling USA customers Inbound Calls & Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
- Completing a trouble ticket and submitting request for a follow up.
- The candidate will need to thoroughly collect the required data from the customer along with the concerns and advise customer that they will get a follow up within 24 hours of submission of the request.
- Ability to use simple navigation of the internet to find data
- Experience using Google Sheets is a must
- Easily adapts to changes in processes as needed
- Attention to detail
- Excellent accuracy in data entry
- English fluency speaking is a must requirement
- 5 Days a week only. (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Night Shift Only
3 Months probation period
