Job Overview
We are hiring Translator to join our team. You will work alongside other Chinese translators and report directly to the manager. Your main tasks will include translating documents and Interpret into Chinese. Monitor production unit for a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees’ workflows. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural understanding of Chinese and a good grasp of grammar.
Objectives of this Role
- Translate content within documents and verbal.
- Provide quality assurance for the translation process
- Resolve issues associated with translation, localization, and culture
- Engage with other departments to provide translation services
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Setting performance and deadlines goals that comply with the company's plans and vision.
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
