  • Supervise day to day Operations.
  • Respond to customer services issues in timely manner.
  • Create effective customer service procedure,polices and standards.
  • develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • keep record of customer interaction recording details of queries complaints and comments.
  • identify and escalate priority issues per client specification.
  • stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • take all necessary measure to ensure client satisfaction.
  • provide guidelines to customers according to set procedure and guidelines.
