Assistant Sales Manager

If you have a knack for efficiently coming up with marketing plans and are a “closer,” this job is for you!. Grey Media is looking for self-motivated individuals who are looking to build a successful sales management career. The right candidate will have the ability to build a rapport with customers and motivate them to purchase and the leadership to drive your team to achieve our sales goals.

Our target market is USA/Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain and grow meaningful client relationships
Gain an extensive knowledge of our capabilities, specifically with PPC, SEO, programmatic display, email marketing, website development, mobile marketing and more.
Taking transfers, following up with customers, closing sales, assigning categories etc.
Create proposals and present solutions to prospects and clients.
Close new sales.
Conduct a business assessment of current marketing initiatives (if any) and resources, and put together a high-level marketing strategy and sales proposal with the help of your Director of Sales & Strategy team.
Drive sales through targeted customer base, outbound leads, and referred business
Assist in growing business from existing / maintaining relationships, existing clients or past prospects
Qualify and closing prospective clients that fit our company focus
Accurately recording information, details of correspondence and sales activities in our CRM system
Conduct a professional client needs (impact) analysis that will lead to a results driven proposal
Professionally prepare and present custom proposals and solutions
Assist with agency product development and pricing as needed
Attend team sales meetings
Other duties as assigned
