Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

A Canadian e-commerce company GroceryDone4u is urgently hiring males and females for outdoor/indoor marketing, vendor hunting, customer support and vendor handling.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to generate sales and new vendor on-boarding either by cold calling, outdoor visits or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Cold call vendors using a given phone directory for business terms

Outdoor marketing and visits

Persuade the vendor for better business terms

Record the customer’s or vendor's personal information accurately in a computer system
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales and vendors' expansion

Keep records of calls, and sales and record useful information
Other assigned task

Requirements:

Proven experience as sales agent or similar sales/customer service role (Freshers can also apply)

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone and physical meetings

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with vendors
