We are looking for an Import Officer. The applicant should be well versed with import procedure, like opening of L/Cs, acquisition performa invoice etc and well versed with import policy and its terminology.

Qualification

The candidate should be Graduate from reputed/recognized institution.

Experience

Should possess 5 – 7 years experience with some reputable company involve in import of agricultural products (Seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, lab equipment and agricultural machinery and equipments.

The candidate must have good communication skills international languages and sufficient knowledge of computer.

Responsibilities

- Able to independently handle Imports from Indenters and Suppliers, Customs, Sales Tax /Excise Department, Shipping Companies, Including Tariffs, L/C’s with Banks, Landed Cost etc…

- Liaison with the international vendors.

- Experience in logistics and carrier documentation

- Daily interactions and departmental performance reporting to senior management.

- Verify and monitor timely handling of all departmental accounts payable and receivable matters.

- Able to perform any other assigns duties as required by the management.

Handsome salary and benefit shall given on the bases of competency and skills.
