  • You will be joining a team of experienced and driven professionals with experience in constructing, developing & delivering over 50 small and mid-sized construction projects.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree.
  • MS Office: Must have strong command of MS Office to prepare presentations and analysis.
  • Must be good in numbers & calculations

Required experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in the real estate industry will be preferable.
  • Managing and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Calling on potential business leads and converting the leads into Sales.
  • Maintaining active follow-up with the potential clients and arranging respective appointments.
  • Keeping proper records of the Sales Transactions and documentation of the clients.
  • Cold calling the potential leads and presenting new investment avenues.
  • Developing proper Product knowledge for effective selling and presentations.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Staying up to date with the latest sales and marketing trends.

  • Proven experience of being efficient Sales Executive
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing
  • Fast learner and passion for sales

  • This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
