Gulf Alliance Builders & Developers Pvt. Limited is looking to hire a Sr. HR Executive.
- Our ideal candidate will be able to align and execute Gulf Alliance business strategy, bring together combined and cutting-edge HR solutions, resolve complex employee relations issues, and address employee grievances. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge, prior experience in dealing with HR best practices, and excellent employee management skills along with hands-on experience in Recruitment as well as HR Operations.
- Bachelors (MBA from a reputable University will be a plus)
Experience:
- 2 to 4 Years (Sound experience in Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, analytics & grievance handling)
