- Setup new chemical plant at Port Qasim.
- Coordinate with installation of plant supplier & local fabricator for erection for timely installation and commissioning of new chemical plant.
- Training & hiring of staff for plant operations.
- Develop proper operations, safety & QC and effective protocols for smooth running & operations of plant.
- Coordinate with Erection Company for quick & timely installation setup storage facility for raw material input.
